Have been using this service since we purchased our Pollock Pines home in October of 2017... At that time, we had evidence of mice in the garage and out buildings, as well as a "very" healthy exterior spider population. Since we started, the mice have retreated back into the woods, and spiders are rarely seen (including an almost nonexistent amount of webs). Koby Pest Control takes the time to not only spray and refill bait traps, but also manually removes any webs located on the house during each visit (something that other companies rarely do). I truly appreciate their efforts and the pride they take in their work!
