From an injury at work I had strained my lumbar, after over two weeks I still had pain and tension and I was straining to do many little things like bend over to put my socks on. I decided to book two sessions over two days with Dr Fan and he really help to alleviate the issues I was having. My lower back was feeling better after the first appointment. That night I slept better than I had in a while with much less discomfort. The next morning putting on my socks I was surprised how much easier it was and how much less discomfort.
